Brown Rice Salad with Red Cabbage and Feta Cheese

If you have left over brown rice , it can be easily changed to whatever veggies you have at home !!

Ingredients for making the recipe of brown rice salad with red cabbage and feta cheese:

1 cup brown rice , cooked
1 cup red cabbage, chopped
1 medium size tomato , chopped
1 medium size onion , chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese ,
2 tablespoons walnuts , chopped
1/2 bunch fresh coriander , chopped

Dressing

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt to taste

Method of making a recipe of brown rice salad with red cabbage and feta cheese:

In a large bowl , add cooked brown rice , chopped red cabbage, tomato , onion and feta cheese.

In another bowl , mix olive oil , lemon juice , chili flakes season with salt . Now pour this onto cooked rice mixture and mix it well . Sprinkle chopped walnuts over it and garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
